ReconVerify is a verification aid
ReconVerify is designed to help users apply explicit controls to recurring reconciliation outputs. It may identify issues such as blank or duplicate keys, unmatched keys, invalid mapped amounts, and amount differences beyond a selected tolerance.
ReconVerify does not determine whether an accounting treatment, reconciliation, financial statement, control conclusion, or business decision is correct. Results depend on the inputs, mappings, configuration, tolerance, and the limits of the checks being run. Users should review exceptions and relevant source information before relying on a result.
No professional advice
Sidegrain products and content do not provide accounting, audit, legal, tax, investment, or other professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice when needed.
Your data and responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any data you process with a Sidegrain product and for protecting sensitive information on your own device and systems. ReconVerify's current validator is designed to process supported reconciliation inputs locally in your browser rather than requiring source-file uploads to Sidegrain for validation.
Availability and changes
Sidegrain products may change as we improve, expand, reduce, or discontinue features. We do not promise that every feature or product will remain available indefinitely. Where reasonably practical, we aim to avoid unnecessary disruption for users of active products.
Intellectual property
Sidegrain and its products, including their software, design, branding, and original content, are owned by Sidegrain or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those rights to you.
Third-party services
Our sites and products may rely on or link to third-party services. Their availability, content, and practices are governed by their own terms and policies, and Sidegrain is not responsible for services we do not control.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Sidegrain services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
